Porsche Privilege is the customer reward programme of Porsche in Singapore with the intention to foster deeper connection between our customers and fans to deliver a holistic digital experience.How do I become eligible for Porsche Privilege?Any Porsche ID owner with a registered address in Singapore who has downloaded the My Porsche app can participate in Porsche Privilege. A Porsche ID can be set up by individuals aged 18 and above, ownership of a Porsche vehicle is not required.How can I find Porsche Privilege?Porsche Privilege is only accessible via the My Porsche app: Account Tab: Porsche PrivilegeNote: The region of the respective app store must be set to Singapore before initial download of the My Porsche app. Changing only the region of the phone settings might not be sufficient. The Porsche Privilege access might change with future updates of the My Porsche app.I did not buy my Porsche vehicle from Porsche Singapore, can I still access Porsche Privilege? Porsche Privilege can be accessed by everyone who owns a Porsche ID and has downloaded the My Porsche app. Porsche owners who did not purchase their vehicle from Porsche Singapore and non-car owners are not eligible for the benefits but can still collect Tokens and complete Challenges.What is a benefit?Benefits are special offers from selected Porsche partners that can be accessed via Porsche Privilege. For existing eligible Porsche Singapore customers, benefits are accessible within one day after signup. Customers who purchased a new or pre-owned vehicle from Porsche Singapore or previous authorised Porsche Dealers in Singapore before 15 of July 2024, eligibility for benefits will extend for 36 months starting from official launch of Porsche Privilege. Benefit access can be extended by purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle from Porsche Singapore. The 36 months benefit access period will then be reset, starting from the invoice date of the latest vehicle purchase.Note: Porsche reserves the right to modify the validity period and dates stated herein at its sole discretion. Any such modification shall be effective immediately. What is a Challenge?A Challenge is a specific task a Porsche Privilege user can perform to be awarded with Badges and depending on the Challenge also with Tokens. What is a Badge?A Badge is a non-transferable fungible token that eligible participants can earn by completing a Challenge. Vehicle ownership Badges are only issued to participants who takes delivery of a Porsche vehicle from Porsche Singapore after 15 of July 2024.How do I earn Badges?If you are a Porsche Privilege member, you can complete selected Challenges and be awarded with Badges. Badges cannot expire and indicate ownership of success connected with the personalised Porsche ID. The Badge cannot be redeemed for any products or offers.Note: You must sign up for Porsche Privilege within 14 days from the invoice date of your vehicle to earn Tokens and Badges granted for your vehicle purchase. After 14 days from the invoice date of your vehicle, issuance of Tokens and Badges for your vehicle purchase cannot be guaranteed.What is a Token?A Token carries a certain value. The number of Tokens a Porsche Privilege user will receive for eligible purchases depends on the product category.How do I earn Tokens?As a Porsche ID owner, you can earn Tokens for spent SGD on eligible selected products and services after the Terms & Conditions of Porsche Privilege have been accepted. You can earn the highest number of Tokens by purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle from Porsche Singapore. Tokens for new or pre-owned Porsche can only be issued for vehicle delivery dates after 15 of July 2024. Tokens might also be earned by completing Challenges.The issuance of Tokens might take up to 14 days.Note: You must sign up for Porsche Privilege within 14 days from the invoice date of your vehicle to earn Tokens and Badges granted for your vehicle purchase. After 14 days from the invoice date of your vehicle, issuance of Tokens and Badges for your vehicle purchase cannot be guaranteed.How do I redeem Tokens?You can redeem Tokens for exclusive goods, services, vouchers, events and other products in the Privilege Shop.What is the Privilege Shop? Where is the difference to the online Porsche Shop?The Privilege Shop contains SGD vouchers, experience offers or exclusive products. The Privilege Shop can be accessed through the My Porsche app or via the domain https://privilege.porsche.com/shop. Items can be only purchased in exchange for Tokens. Hence, the Privilege Shop is independent from the online Porsche Shop.However, vouchers purchased in exchange for Tokens may be used for the online Porsche Shop. The online Porsche Shop Voucher can be applied on-site at the Porsche Studio by choosing ‘pickup at the Porsche Studio' as delivery option during the online checkout process. For this purpose, ‘ship to the same address’ must be unticked.How long does it take until I see the Tokens in my account?After a purchase or service contract is concluded with Porsche or Porsche Privilege Cooperation Partners for eligible purchases, the respective number of Tokens will be automatically sent to your Porsche Privilege account.The issuance of Tokens might take up to 14 days.Can I transfer my Tokens to someone else?No, Tokens are non-transferable.Do my Tokens expire?Tokens are valid for 36 months after being sent to your Porsche Privilege account and must be redeemed for items in the Privilege Shop within this period (unless otherwise announced by Porsche at its sole discretion). After that, the Tokens shall be deemed forfeited and may not be redeemed anymore.Can Tokens be earned in other countries apart from Singapore?  No, Porsche Privilege currently only applies to customers of Porsche Singapore.
